1.3 Non-Compliance with Trade Standards:

1.4 Warranty-Related Claims:

• The product does not function as intended or fails to meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

2. Claim Submission and Documentation Requirements

To initiate a refund claim, the buyer must:

• Submit the claim within 14 days of receiving the product for issues related to order quantity, specifications, or visible defects.
• For claims submitted after the 14-day window, only product functionality-related issues will be considered, and these must fall within the warranty period.

2.1 Supporting Documentation:

• Buyers must provide all necessary evidence to support their claim, including but not limited to:
  • Photos of the product showing the defect, damage, or incorrectness.
  • Videos highlighting the issue where applicable.
  • Any other documents or information requested by the seller or Bulk-on.com to assess the claim.

2.2 Manufacturer Inspection:

• The seller has the right to inspect the provided documentation before a refund or replacement decision is made.
• Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the rejection of the claim.

3. Refund Process

• Claims will be reviewed and resolved within 10 business days after all required documentation is submitted.
• Refunds will be processed using the payment method used in the original transaction.
