3. Sözleşmenin Konusu

İşbu Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi, www.bulk-on.com üzerinden yapılan ürün satış ve teslimatına ilişkin hükümleri kapsar.

3.1 Tüketici Hakları

Alıcı, Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun hükümlerinden yararlanmayacağını kabul eder.

3.2 Bilgilendirme

Alıcı, ürün detaylarını, fiyatlarını ve koşullarını sipariş öncesinde elektronik ortamda onayladığını kabul eder.

4. Tarafların Hak ve Yükümlülükleri

Satıcı, siparişi teslim etmekle; Alıcı ise doğru bilgi vermekle yükümlüdür.

5. İptal ve İade Koşulları

Özel üretim ürünlerde iptal ve iade yapılamaz. Üretim öncesi iptallerde bedel iade edilir.

Ödeme kredi kartı, havale veya diğer yöntemlerle yapılır. Ödeme yapılmadan teslimat yapılmaz.

7. Ürün Teslimi

Ürünler 1 – 30 gün içinde belirtilen adrese teslim edilir.

8. Mücbir Sebepler

Doğal afet, savaş vb. durumlarda sözleşme ertelenebilir veya iptal edilebilir.

9. Çeşitli Hükümler

İhtilaflarda Türk Hukuku geçerli olup, Bursa Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

10. Onay ve Kabul

Alıcı, işbu sözleşmeyi imzalayarak tüm şartları kabul etmiş olur.
